FREE FIT THICK FITNESS PROGRAMS

FIT THICK GLUTE GLOW UP is beginner friendly! The “Booty Wake Up” exercises listed are GLUTE ISOLATIONS that will really wake those glutes up and have them activated, ready for the Booty Burnout. You are really going to feel this one!

 

So much great feedback from the FIT THICK CAKE LIFT! This is the very first FIT THICK FITNESS PROGRAM I put together and so many women enjoyed it and truly seen great results from it. This will get that peach lifted and rounded! Don’t sleep on this workout!  

The FIT THICK CAKE LIFT VOL II got intense! This one is not so much beginner friendly and I actually recommend taking a day of rest between each of these workouts. (After day 1, take a break for a day and then move on to day 2) This one is going to make you really push yourself. But you got this! 

A lot of my FIT THICK FAMILY wanted to slim down as well, so I put together a FIT THICK SLIM DOWN program, full of high intensity cardio! Dropping body fat is not the easiest thing to do, and a change in your eating habits is what will REALLY make all the difference. These workouts (paired with my FIT THICK WAIST TRAINER) will help get that heart pumping, that blood flowing and that waist shrinking! Start this workout and push through it!

This is another great cardio workout put together as a collaboration with AKTIK by Lish (@Aktiv_Wear_ on Instagram) This is the perfect cardio program to pair with one of my GLUTE programs. Pile on the muscle mass doing one of my FIT THICK GLUTE PROGRAMS and either warm up or cool down with this AKTIV FIT: FAT BLAST cardio! 

I put together all of these programs and allowed any and everyone access to them, free of charge because I truly just wanted to help! A profit doesn’t need to be made off of every project you put together as a personal trainer, fitness coach, nutritionist etc. Sometimes just lending a hand and genuine advise with out the expectation of anything in return feels better than anything else. So many women (and men) have told me how much I motivate them, how inspired they are by me and how much they appreciate how I really take time out to help them.
